Terms and conditions

Terms.

The membership contract in plain words. Where the law gives you more rights than these terms, the law applies.

Draft. The operator details marked below are added, and this text is reviewed, before CON takes its first payment.

1. Who this contract is with

These terms apply to the CON membership between you and Jan Schmitt, Volbehrstr. 27, 90491 Nürnberg, Germany ("we"). The contract languages are English and German; both versions of these terms are equally binding. You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.

2. What the membership includes

One membership opens everything, with no tiers and no add-ons:

  • MeTerm, a trading tool you run on your own Windows PC
  • Social AI, which drafts posts for one brand and publishes nothing without your approval
  • The resale tools for pricing, listings and inventory
  • The weekly mentor circles and the member channels on Discord
  • The HQ, your member area on this website

The tools are in active development. We may change features for good reasons, such as security, changes in law or in third-party platforms, or a better version of a feature, at no extra cost to you. If a change affects you significantly for the worse, we tell you by email in advance, and you may end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change (§ 327r BGB).

3. Applying and how the contract is made

Applying is free and does not oblige you to anything. We decide freely whether to offer a seat; while a wave runs we may accept applications automatically. If we accept you, you get a personal link. For a paid seat, the contract is made when you complete the payment with the button that says you are paying. For a founding seat (section 3a), it is made when you claim the seat with your Discord account on that link. We send you a confirmation by email, and these terms are always here to read.

3a. Founding seats

The first members we accept, up to the number of founding seats shown on the website at the time we accept them, get a founding seat: the full membership described in section 2, free of charge, free for as long as you stay. We do not ask for payment details for a founding seat, and it never turns into a paid membership by itself.

A founding seat is personal. It belongs to the Discord account it was claimed with and cannot be sold or passed on. It ends when you end the membership, which you can do at any time, or when either side ends it for good cause (section 5). Seats are counted in the order applications are accepted; an expired or unclaimed link does not move anyone up.

4. Price and payment

The membership costs €11.99 per month, billed monthly in advance. [VAT note, added before launch] Payment is handled by Stripe with the payment methods shown at checkout.

Price lock. If you join in a wave, your price stays the price of that wave for as long as your membership runs without a break.

We will not raise your price without your consent.

If a payment fails, we tell you by email and try again; your access stays on meanwhile. If the last attempt fails too, access is paused until the open amount is paid.

5. Term and cancelling

The membership runs month by month and renews each month. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you already paid for. Use the cancel contracts here button (no login needed), the billing portal, or write to team@centralonet.com.

We can end the membership with 14 days' notice to the end of a billing month. Both sides can end it immediately for good cause, for example for a serious breach of the community rules below.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The details, and the model form, are in the withdrawal policy. The quickest way is the withdraw from contract here button.

7. Your account and the community rules

  • One membership is for one person. Do not share your access or resell it.
  • Keep what members share inside CON. Do not copy or publish it elsewhere.
  • Treat people with respect. No harassment, no hate, no illegal content.
  • No scams, no paid promotion, no pump schemes and no calls to buy a coin.
  • Do not copy, resell or take apart the CON tools, beyond what the law allows.

If someone breaks these rules, we may warn them, pause their access, or end the membership for good cause. We always choose the mildest step that fixes the problem.

8. MeTerm, trading and your money

Nothing in CON is financial or investment advice. Analyses, scores and verdicts are tools for your own decisions, not predictions. Trading memecoins can lose all the money you put in. Read the risk notice.

MeTerm runs on your PC, and your wallet keys stay there. Every trade is yours. Automatic functions such as Smart Watch are off until you switch them on, and then act only on the rules you set. They can only work while your PC, its internet connection and the trading services it uses are running. Delays and outages outside our control can stop a rule from firing in time.

9. Social AI and what you publish

Social AI suggests drafts. You decide what is published and are responsible for it, including the rules of the platforms you post on. One brand per membership.

10. Availability

We work to keep CON available around the clock, but cannot promise it. Maintenance can interrupt it briefly. Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Vinted and other platforms can change or limit what our tools can do with them; we are not responsible for their decisions.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaching an obligation that the contract depends on and that you may rely on, and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for trading losses that result from your own decisions.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live stays with you. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
